The main activity of the Research Center - fundamental and applied, including experimental research in the field of morphology (histology, cytology), cellular technology, biochemistry and toxicology, developmental biology and reproduction, ecology, biodiversity, physiology, molecular genetics and microbiology preparation of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff.

Priority for the SIC is the realization of fundamental scientific research on priority areas; solution of scientific and technological problems on a full cycle of works: from scientific concept to prototyping and development of materials, the organization of their production; ensuring interaction of fundamental and applied science to the educational process, research and development, as well as the commercialization and marketing of its own innovative products and services based on the cellular, molecular and genetic technologies.
